    Tubular Core Support

Too bad they don't sell just the air box. All I see is the complete front end kit, fascia, and rear spoilers.

    SPREADBORE Holley Sniper EFI

I know nothing about the Holley stuff but I do have a Fitech on mine and love it.

    UNGN's 2+2 crash???

    Huh????

    Tubular Core Support

Hmmmm I have never heard of those. That would be awesome. This simple battery relocation project might turn into a weight shedding project after all....

    Tubular Core Support

I'd love to go with a tubular radiator support but having a Monte SS with the airbox upfront complicates it a tad. I wouldn't think the main pro of making the swap would be the weight. 14 lbs is 14 lbs but I think the main gain is to create more room for other things and to simplify it a little...

    UNGN's 2+2 crash???

Sucks to hear. Sounds like its a very touchy subject(as I imagine) for him since he's been on the forum many times since. Hope he chimes in sometime

    Steelers vs Chargers

Fans of the same team fighting? As a Philly fan this makes me feel better. We have such a bad rep but we just throw snowballs at santa, batteries at Troy Aikman, and harass opposing teams arriving to the stadium haha

    Steelers vs Chargers

Im really surprised there wasn't the cliche "I quit watching cuz football man no stand for anthem" response in this thread lol.

OLDS Hurst/Olds Lightning Rod Shifters - Gimmick or Functional?

My only issue was that you moved them forward. Not nearly as satisfying as slamming them back. Which is why I went with the Kilduff variation.

    Cowl induction flapper on MCSS

Do it! Or sell me the stuff to do it! I would love to do it to mine.

    CURRENT 6.0/4l80E swap parts = $$$$

Just remember the rule of thumb, think of a budget and then double it.

    Welding Techniques

That's interesting since I am state certified as well. Now if you'll excuse me I gotta go to work and weld some locomotive pilots incorrectly.

    Welding Techniques

I learned welding at the University of Northwestern Ohio (UNOH). Welded rollcages for the #13 Thorsport Camping World Series team, was Jeff Burton's son Jeb driving at the time. Currently I work as a machinist/welder at Norfolk Southern railroad where we mostly do stick (heavy steel) but when I...

    Flaming River column

Anyone here ever swap in a Flaming River or similar aftermarket column? Got a deal on one but it does not have a place for an ignition switch or wiper motor. I don't care about having a locking column and I don't mind moving both switches to the dash since my dash is custom anyway. Anyone have...

    1986 Hurst Olds?

That is uglier than hell. Body kits belong in the trash.

    Sears bankruptcy

The cool thing about Sears was that it was so quiet there that you could easily find the single employee working.

    PSA: USE YOUR JACKSTANDS, KIDS!

Good advice. I had a Plymouth Horizon fall off the jack doing suspension work and the front rotor missed my head by an inch or so. Been paranoid ever since. Things like jack stands, glasses/face shields, ear plugs, etc... should be common sense but all too often I hear about someone being...
