So I've broken a second torque converter. I think its the broken sprag in the picture. It was a Hughes 2000 stall BPO, Replaced it with the heavy duty sprag version. We'll see how it holds up.

So I had back surgury this morning and im home in one piece. They removed discs at L3/L4 and L4/L5. I feel good but sore . I wont be bench pressing any engine blocks for a while. LOL

So lately I've been feeling the need for an overdrive gear. Thought about a Gear Vendors unit, a 2004r, 4l80e etc. to replace my th400. Since I do prefer to row through the gears I think I may go with the TKO 600. My question is are there any real issues with this transmission in a G body? Major floor...

Went to the Rutland Area Vehicle Enthusiasts 39th annual car show yesterday at the Vermont State Fairgrounds. Was an awesome show with several hundred vehicles. Heres a few pics.
