Mine is shot... Question is, what do I tell the parts store I need a mount for? Car is an '82 Regal originally V6 unknown trans swapped to Chevy 350 V8 TH350 trans before I bought it. Does it even matter or are they all the same regardless of the specific trans?
How do I make sure I get the right starter for my car? It has a Chevy 350 crate motor casting #3970010 "hecho en mexico" suffix code MB28800. What vehicle info should I give the guy behind the parts counter?
Thanks.
Any ideas on eliminating the clip that holds the rear wheel cylinders in? Mine are loose and I don't like it. Could I swap to backing plates off maybe an S-10 or something with bolt on wheel cyl's? I've gotta yank the axles to do the seals anyway... '82 Regal, 7.5 axle.
