    X-pipe - any difference?

It is a track car right now, I wouldn't do it for the sound difference but I would for performance gains. If there are none to be had I will not put it on. Thanks pontiacgp! Does anyone have any other info regarding a performance increase or not after installing an x in the exhaust?

    X-pipe - any difference?

I currently have 3 inch duals on my car with 40 series flowmasters, dumps before the axle. Any opinions or experiences with adding an x-pipe to my system? Did it or will it make a difference? Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the compliments guys! I'm pretty happy with both my rides. One day the Malibu needs to get painted but I kinda like it with the original patina.

I mostly drag race my Malibu right now, it launches pretty well but twists up pretty good. I am using Moroso Trick springs all around, but I had thought of trying a stock rear sway bar on it as well. Any thoughts or input on this? Anyone have any experience with this helping? Should I just...

    Hello from Canada

Hey pontiacgp, the adjustable panhard just allows me to centre the rear in the car properly. I don't do any racing with it but my wife wants to take it down the dragstrip next summer. When I lived with my folks in the city, I went to Mosport quite a bit to watch the stock cars, never been on or...

    Hello from Canada

Thanks guys! Nice to be here. I also run a series in the summer with a group called the OSCA. It's a index and heads up group here in Ontario, Canada. I run the 11.90 index, hoping to compete for a top finish next year. Need to shed a little weight off the car over the winter.

    Hello from Canada

Hey guys, I'm Andy from just north of Toronto Canada. I have 2 toys, one of which is a G-body. It's a 78 Malibu coupe, I've owned it for 17 years. It's a drag strip only car at the moment but it's still in full street trim minus dot approved tires and heater hoses. It's a 40 over 350, 487 gm...
