I had one today. An 09 GMC Serria 1500, rear shoes. So I rack it up and pull the adjustment cover and start adjusting away. Well not really. . . The adjustment screw was seized . . . On both sides. I figure no biggie I'll use the back off screws and just brake the hardware, NOPE! The bracket for...
I know its cliché... But my first G-Body and 86 Cutlass Supreme Brougham. I loved the pillow top seats. It was my first car. And the other car was my 98 Prelude. I completely went through that motor and car. It was beautiful threw and threw. Sold it to buy a ring for my future Mrs's. Here she is...
PS dont do full to the floor pumps. Just like 1/2 to 3/4 the floor might be pushing it to far. The special bleed lines will purge and suck the brake fluid in and out along with the air bubbles.
Two things. A) does the hose to the brake booster have a one way valve that's functioning. If you don't have one it may help to hold the vac in the booster. B) you can bench bleed the pedal in the car. I've done it many times. Especially after you've installed it. Its just easier to pop off the...
Is this pretty much a bolt in set up? No cutting the axles ... All that stuff. Just a few modifications and it you drop it right in? Sorry this is the first I've seen or herd of this.
These at from the day I picked her up. Sadly it was the first and last time I got to drive her. She didn't take to kindly to the 95 degree heat and a puny 1400electric cfm fan with no shroud to kindly. But I've got a beefy griffin radiator with 4000cfm fans that just need a few hoses and...
:puke: :blam:
I'm crying. . . But seriously. Still have the wheels? Any photos? Full set? I'm missing ONE! Lol those blocks and cranks are sadly getting harder to find. I need to start my build page soon.
The rims you painted look great. Keep up the good work can't wait to see more of...
I second that. I've had no fun so far with my Cutlass build at the moment. Finding the right parts is sometimes a nightmare. And I've done some trial an error. Although keeping I in the family is cool. If I didn't buy mine with a 455 stuffed in there, I'd build a nice stroker for around 2-2500 easy!
Welcome Andy, from your fellow Gbody forum user down in Centralia. Good luck with your ride hope to see you around next year. Maybe at Hub City or something like that.
I will have to chat with him. But I'm not looking for the EFI set up. I'm talking the real Multiport set up that they have recently come out with, like these

I'm not looking for much in the power gains when it comes to it. But I'm still...
Different strokes for different folks. I'd say it sexy. Ha! But then again my friends say I'm weird. They frame and suspension set up just makes it look so smooth even just sitting there. The whole build is cool and the put something other than a 350 or a big block is also very cool. Its like...
Wow I came into this really late and didn't see the previous 5pages. Lol. Its going to be a sexy truck. Good luck and can't wait to see the finished product.
I don't think it would hurt your hp output, you may not feel it either. You may have to replace your springs and retainers especially if you have any sort of cam in it. By adding 1.7 rockers your changing the spring compression and adding duration/lift from your cam. I not sure on what the stock...
I see that alot of guys on here use that radiator. What's your flow for your fan? And what's your thermostat? I just gout a Griffin radiator and dual fan setup. A bit more than the champion. But it pretty much just drops in there. Needs a little fab work and longer hoses but I also have a BBO...
OH MY GOSH! I'd love to do that but first I'd like to just get it cruising for a year or two. Buy the parts in those years, and then blow it up with everything. And hopefully keep it clean! With the ability to go 12-13s when needed. I don't think it will be to hard. If I really pushed it I could...
