    Leaking Brake Fluid reservoir

Yeah I know and most times you can't find them even if you wanted too. Remember back in the day when no one wanted anything made in Japan? Now you'd be glad to get it. China will get eventually. Haha...unfortunately I do remember when no one wanted Japanese products. It will turn...

    Leaking Brake Fluid reservoir

Raybestos...made in China. Unfortunately, most North Americans don`t want to pay for North American products.

    Leaking Brake Fluid reservoir

My brand new one was leaking from the same place. I used a turkey baster to empty it and then popped the reservoir off the master. I couldn't find anything wrong so snapped it back in. It never leaked after that. Divine intervention perhaps?

The purple wire it is!!! The only switch at the bottom of my column was for the Back Up lights. The column looks like it may have been swapped out by PO. However looping through the purple to the B&M micro switches did the trick. Thanks for your help Steve

    Push or Pull...

HaHa...do both..its so easy spending other people $$$. I'll see how one "pulling" does first. Its a big aluminum rad and a 16" 2700cfm fan so im thinking this should do the trick. The old copper one was working overtime to keep the engine cool in traffic... before it puked and died at a car...

    Push or Pull...

...is there any advantage to setting up an electric fan to push or to pull? I have room too do either. Thanks

454 in 86 Monte Carlo SS, what headers can I use?

Hooker makes a set of Supercomps that bolt right into the G-body pt# hok-2241hkr in the Summit cat. I used them on my 79 El Camino with out any problems. You may want to spend the extra $$ and get them coated. Good luck with the swap Steve

I just traded my 70 GMC for the 79 El Camino that brought me to this forum. The GMC had Vortec heads on it. It seemed to run fine with nothing more than some detonation under a load or up hills. Well, the new owner called me to let me know that it didnt run for 20 miles when it dropped a couple...
