My brand new one was leaking from the same place. I used a turkey baster to empty it and then popped the reservoir off the master. I couldn't find anything wrong so snapped it back in. It never leaked after that.
Divine intervention perhaps?

I have swapped in a 454 and an 8.5 diff into a 79 ElCamino with a TH 350
I intend to put in a TH400 or a 700R4 eventually. Will I need a differant length drive shaft for each of my "whims"
The purple wire it is!!! The only switch at the bottom of my column was for the Back Up lights. The column looks like it may have been swapped out by PO. However looping through the purple to the B&M micro switches did the trick.

I have a B&M shifter in my 79 El Camino and need to hook up the NS switch. I have hooked up the backup lites but cannot find the NSS wires(po has swapped in a different column) I don`t mind simply tapping in to an ignition switch wire I just have to know which one. pics would really be...
HaHa...do both..its so easy spending other people $$$. I'll see how one "pulling" does first. Its a big aluminum rad and a 16" 2700cfm fan so im thinking this should do the trick. The old copper one was working overtime to keep the engine cool in traffic... before it puked and died at a car...
Hooker makes a set of Supercomps that bolt right into the G-body pt# hok-2241hkr in the Summit cat. I used them on my 79 El Camino with out any problems. You may want to spend the extra $$ and get them coated.

Hi all,
The switch appears to fine but the washers still come on whenever the wipers are turned on. Short of snipping a wire or two...any other suggestions.
