    Thank you! That is good information. I didn't know that. Everything has been regreased. The creaking sounds aren't as bad now, but I can still hear them every now and again. It really gives my Monte Hoop-D vibes. If it doesn't go away in a week, I'm putting rubber ones back in.

    I recently had upper and lower polyurethane control arm bushings from PST installed on my ‘79 Monte Carlo. Now that they are installed they creak as I get in the car and drive. They were greased but still make noise. Has anyone else had this problem? If so what did you do?

    I have found that trying to find the nose of an 80 is rather difficult. Same with trying to find a hood. I find a lot for an 81-88 but not much for 78-80

    I was thinking about swapping the nose from my 78 Monte with the nose from an 80 Monte. Has anyone done this before? What all needs to be changed? Would my current hood, fenders and doors be good to go with this mod or would they have to be changed as well?
