That rubber seal is attached to a mounting flange made from sheet metal and it is made with a one way lip. if you try to push the pipe down back into the house you may tear or otherwise damage that seal, particularly since it has been out in the elements and exposed to the sun for around 25...- CopperNick

On my S-10 the ABS control box is located in line with the various brake circuits meaning that the brake fluid does have to cycle through it to get to the calipers or slave cylinders. I do plan to tap into the lead from the key switch to the HEI coil pak for continuous power and that half of the wiring is about ready to lay in but the ground lead from the relay has yet to find a home so it is open to being extended and having a toggle switch...- CopperNick
