    Rear Sway Bar Parts- Malibu

I have got a rear sway bar for my Malibu, a while back, but I can not seem to find the bolts and parts for it (even if I had them). I have read there is a bracket involved and bolts to the LCA. Any insight on where I can locate a bracket and bolts? and where does it exactly bolt to.

    Help Identify Wheels

I returned and pick them up. So now that I have them, what are they originally for? They look like two have been repainted to a teal color at one time and then painted black. Any insight? How do you decode the stamping?

Thanks for the comments guys, I am still learning. PO was an old school guy, very knowledgable for his time. I have never had a problem until now. When I swap/move the gauges someday, I will put a voltmeter in instead.
