I have a 255 60 15 on my 15x7 rims they fit great no rubbing anywhere.

The bolt pattern is 5x4.75 there's plenty of wheels for this pattern. And I would personally use exactly what it calls for.But that's just me

I have a 255 right now on a 3.75 inch back spacing 15x7 wheel. I also had 295 on a 15x10 can't remember the backspace on it would have to measure. But there was no rubbing and I don't have my frame moded.

Right now I have 255 60 15 with 15x7 with 3.75 backspace. But I did run 295 50 15 on a 15x10 with 3.75 or 4.5 backspace. With no problems.

You can get 300 N/A up without getting to exotic.

The cs130 in my truck only has s brown wire. That is for the excite purpose. I know there 2 wire 3 wire and 4 wire plugs. You said you had 3 probably brown,white,red ? Exciter wire sensing wire. And not sure of the end one. Sorry

Iirc you hook the green one to a toggle switch. But someone else can double check to make sure.

Unless he has the victor pump @ 10psi. The performer pump is 5.5 to 6.5 psi

I really don't think your oil pump is to blame. I would look at the valve seals and guides.
