you need to push it in first, then unscrew and it should pop right out... somtimes the contacts oxidize inside the bulb holder, making it a little hard to get out. Once you have the bulb out i suggest you clean the bulb the best you can apply some Diaelectric grease to the contacts to make it...
Cant believe i missed this build. Very nice work. i also thought of putting LED side markers on my elcamino, just cause those original just look so crappy and bulky. Keep up the great work
dude that does sound like you have a supercharger really nice clean setup. i couldnt tell but im assuming the pulleys have an extra v-groove on the back for the power steering? Nice update

Also looking for pics of the bed rail aluminum trim deleted. i just saw a pic the other day but i cant seem to find...

i looked up the specs on the welder and its capable of using gas setup. what your using is the fluxcore, essentially like stick welding, the wire has a coating that when welding it realeses a gas the makes...
hey bro couple of suggestions for you
1st check and see what the sheetmetal thickness the floor pans are. I think the 12 ga (.104) sheet metal is right around the proper size, so what you have should be good. 10 ga ( .135) might work also but it might be too thick if you want have it flush with...
