1/18 Scale Diecast G-body Olds

Thought I'd give you guys a glimpse at what I've been slowly messing with over the winter...
Nobody makes a G-body Olds in 1/18 scale, so I decided to do it myself.
I started with a GMP '87 Buick GNX and started hacking...

The base car I started with... plus a waiting victim/donor...


Engine/trans is a 455/TH400 from an Ertl '69 Hurst/Olds
Wheels are from an Ertl '69 442, rear tires are Ertl '70 Challenger


My 1/24 model made a good reference for when I was too lazy to turn around and look at the real thing lol

It's turning out fantastic. Can't wait to see it completed.
Beats the hell outta me why no one's made one yet, but if they ever do, yours is the one they should be modelling it after. Great work, love it!
