325 rear wheel horsepower or is that at the crank? If it is at the crank I would say probably not. If it's at the wheels you should be able to dip your toes into the 13's.

If there are no traction issues ... I would say a high 13 second ET if you have a 325hp motor, low 13 second ET if you have 325hp at the rear wheels 8)

do you know which cam? can you give cam specs? Some info on heads? which Edelbrock intake?
... traction is everything. On tires, my car struggles for 14s, slicks is a different story.

sounds like you have a similar build as mine, but I think you have a better match stall and you will see good consistent results from that.

Maybe with a lil converter and them slicks. If you bang out of the hole good but otherwise maybe not. It probably won't pull real hard on the big end.

Any weight savings done on the car? IIRC Monte Carlos are heavier than Malibu's. Not really sure why though.

I don't think you'll have any problems getting into 13s but let us know what it runs when you go

How much does it weigh?

Shift points?

The horsepower calculators on the web usually are figuring average power of the engine over the entire run.

Low 13s are harder than people think. I've worked and worked and ran a 12.8 Friday.
