ummm... I think the date code on those tires is 1993. You would have to pay me to drive on them. As long as you keep it below 55 mph and don't drive in the summer or winter, they'll be fine.

I used a set of those on a project, sanded them smooth and polished them up. Turned out real nice.

These tires will likely never be driven on. The tires that are on the car now (it's got Center Line wheels, setup for drag) are dry rotted to hell and don't hold air. I'm hoping these do, I'd like to roll it around on these as I repair/restore it. The wheels aren't in great shape, but I still saved over $200 buying these over the 16's I will need for my new ZQ8 wheels that will eventually go on the car. I'd rather wait cause I have no idea how long this project is going to take. $185 and the guy was really cool. He's 70 and he's hanging things up. We chatted it up for a few.

Again, thanks for your help. I got one rear on and now I'm taking a break. I'll report back and make sure I give fitment feedback in case someone else needs the info some day.

I think it's a score...the rims look like they're in good shape. Hopefully, you'll be able to get some use out of those tires....or at least use them as temporary rollers.
