16`Rims

I`m looking at going to a 16`rim. My question is should I go with a 16X7 4 inch BS 0 offset, or 16X8 5 inch BS +13mm offset. I plan on running 225/60R16 tires onall 4 corners. Does anyone have any input on that size tire :?:

are they 16x7 or 8? Im thinkn about using a US Wheel series 87 16X7 4"bs

Man I love those wheels. Can you give me some more info, I know it's prob all over the site. What car to try and find them on, what numbers on the wheels? All I can say is those weels are BADASS!!!
