1800 stall with a XE268H

Hi. Is 1800 stall too small to use with a 350 with an XE268H with 4.10 rear gears?
I was considering upgrading to about 2200 stall. Recommendations?
Car weight is 3000.

2200 is gonna be a tad bit better. Comp recommends 2000 min anyways.2200 will help bring in the power better in that range. That cam makes awesome TQ all the way across the band anyways. I think 32-42 will be you max tq. It all depends on what your wanting to do with the car.

well i ran 2700 stall when i have the xe368 in my 305. i think 1800 would be a little to low

I ran that same cam (in a 301) with the stock converter and had no problems at all.
