19x12s will fit with enough welding and grinding.

Thanks for the help....should I go with a 9.5 rim or different tire size with the 10" rim???
Thanks again for all your help.

Is your body centered on the frame? Diff centered in the frame? Section width of tires accurate? Lots of factors to consider, so I don't want to give you false hopes.

Scoti pretty much sums up the best advice possible here. The measuring tool I have was cheap, wouldn't hurt to find one for yourself. Pick a tire width, buy one and measure it out with some mock up wooden jig or something. It's pretty easy.

I read these threads & always want to remind whomever is asking the question that the only way to know is to measure your car.

Yes it's good to get feedback on what others have fit/done but as indicated here it depends on the car & what you're willing to do to make things fit. As far as the car.... ride height, rear end width (including hows is optioned), current dimensions, & any other mods done could all impact how things will work together.

Will an 18x10 fit under a g-body rear wheel well? Sure. What it takes to make it work under your car will depending on the actual car.

Only 10"-12" wide? Why stop there? There are wider options.
