Little progress, loving how this sets. Getting close to running and driving. Hope to get wiring cleaned up and ECM/Fuse block mounted to my bracket today.

Here it is, complete. Alot happened in the last few weeks.

First ride around the neighborhood was less than impressive, turned out it had a broken 12v wire going to the trans so it was in limp mode initially, tuner found it and it sure has alot more power.

Exhaust done with magnaflows and an H-pipe, alignment, brake leak fixed then it went to tuning, did some touch ups on the frame from overspray and painted the monte wheels.

Dyno tuned and trans adjusted, installed hood pins since the "bolt on" cowl didn't want to latch correctly. Stopped and talked to the old owner and he told me he ordered the hood from JC Whitney probably 25yrs ago. Driver sideshot shows the hood prior to pins and prior to frame touch-ups, passenger sideshot shows the after.

Drives well for having the 2:41 rear gear, 3:42 would probably be ideal, it currently hunts for 4th between 55 and 60 even though we have it programed to hold 3rd until 60.

It sure does handle bumps good and drives and turns with 1 finger, gotta love these gbodies.

I drove it to work last Friday and this Thursday I leave for a car show in Kalamazoo about 3hrs from me.
