Got the AC out today in the morning..all i need to do is remove the cpl screws under the dash to get it all out. Also took out alot if wire and tubes etc...cleaned it up alittle, look alittle better than before... Oh found a bird nest in there as well...hahaha...Skip holla with the delete plate :wink:

Don't toss that A/C box out yet. You might want to put A/C back in that car one day. Just a thought. :idea:

Ha! Its all in little pieces in the trash..lol...went at it with my hammer to relese some stress...thanks tho..

Spoilers sitting at the paint shop will try to remember to get pics once the snow melts but its in the very end use blue tape and tape the spoiler to the trunk lid then pop the trunk open and on both outer ends of the trunk lid you will see where you can drill but I will try and get pics. Heads up on that spoiler mine needed alot of work still not perfect but I got tired of playing with it.

Sweet thanks for the great info...Seems to be a pretty easy task...i till try to mount it before it goes to the shop...but i have to be very careful i dont crack the fiber glass...i will use like two screws one on each side then 3M take it all the way...my tail trunk spoiler is in good condition nice and straight...hope i dont have n e problems'

Got out the dermal and went at it with the light bezels!!! Im not paying $124.99 ea for a light bezel...so i started to polish them up...didnt like the way they came out...i think im just going to paint them the same color of the mally, and leave everything else chrome...new grille in the mail..but i didnt know 78 was such a hard yr to find parts!! They will have to do for know...

Thats exactly what i was thinking last night...i can find more of those than the 78...i will keep an eye out for and 80-81 clip out there...i think i seen one on clist....good looking...DAAYUM 1978...lmao

Yeah bro a lot of parts for the 78 malibu are hard to find u just have to keep looking and don't give up..

well if u find a 82-87 front clip out ur way for cheap maybe we can trade for my 81 clip i have u jus have to buy a new grill bezels.
