Did you end up using an '80-'81 header panel? I just shaved the goofy emblem off of mine as well. It looks much better.
I bet your itching to get it back... :lol:
The color is kind of a gun metal grey..or silver grey? I like it.

where the front bumper meets the fender, did they work that area to make the two parts match, or is that a lip i'm seeing in the pic, hard to tell from the angle...

hopefully they taped the fender off, block sanded/grinded the bumper down and then re glassed the bumper in so that it matches up without a lip...


Yea i think its the angle i took the pic :lol:

Yes I did use the 80-81 header panel, and it does look cleaner shaved no emblem..

As for the color u can call it like a gun metal gray, i think since its the first little light coat it looks like metal still...lol, but it should be inbetween light and dark gray, with silver flake in it...stay tuned :wink:
