use the dvd! it even has all the torque specs you need and the sequence you need to follow for the manifold in one of the menus.(very important, you dont want to crack it, or have water going into our oil) make sure you have a torque wrench
make sure you clean where the gaskets go real good and use RTV instead of the little rubber gaskets for the front and back of the block (shows you on the dvd)
also take the cap off the distributor first before you remove it and see where the rotor is pointing and mark it so when you put the new one in you can be close to were the old one was so your timing is not all messed up
