I did put a high heat non-rust paint job on them, if u look back on my thread, i took them down to the metal and re-sprayed them with like 2 cans each...But i just went with a flat black, keeping it simple ya know.. :wink:

Today i convinced the wifey to go to park and have a picnic, but little did she know there was a gbody run...

When we got to Hard n Da Paint Run she knew that we were not there for a picnic , i was there for the RUN!! Hahahaha

N e ways, the run turned out good, talked to all the homies from "gbodynation" and "chevyholics" everyone was asking about the malibu, nows not a time to show her Off, maybe a cpl more months...

Bro in law didnt get the sheet metal, so on monday when i go to muffler shop i will ask to see if he got something there to get this floor patched..cant wait for this fool n e more!!

With all the gbodys i seen today i came straight home and started wrenching, one at a time the spark plug wires and wire looms, also put the plug protectors...

Cant wait to start rolling in da BU, engine bay done, just need to paint trans dip stick, and replace the oil dip stick with a chrome one, stay tuned 🙂

This morning took the Bu to the muffler shop to get an X pipe., man the dude took 3 hours to do it but he got it done, he had to work around the transmission crossmember, but he got it, also put the magnaflow exhaust tips...Im just glad thats over with, he also will weld my floor pan for $15.00, just need to get the sheet metal, theres a spot in Da hood on Alameda where its a scrap metal shop, My buddy the Tow guy ( Chuey ) told me about that spot...so maybe sometime this week i can go pick up a piece and have them cut it, then maybe Saturday morning i can get this floor pan patched and drop the rug in...

heres some pics,turned on and sounds good, kno just needs a good timing, thats next..
