haha that would have been good to say! he was like i started picking you up going 90 and you were at 110 when you passed me. so i clearly was building up speed. i really didnt think i was going over even 100 but i guess i was haharichp85elco said:

Reckless is a misdemeanor I got one three years ago for going 85 it not just a spreading ticket you have to go to the court with all the people who have duis the maximum thing is a 5000 dollar fine and 90 days in jail(well in Washington state atleast) you probably have to get a attorney and stuff they aren't fun and I also had to take two defensive driving classes as well after all the lawyer and court fees it ended up cost me almost 3000. Reckless is like the worst speeding thing you can get. I got mine reduced to a negligent driving in the second degree and then had to get special insurance since mine dropped me but it disappears off your record after three years. Well good luck your in for a long not very fun journey of they do it the same as where you live
