I also dropped 40 bucks on an eBay LT1 starter to replace the high torque mini starter that screams like banshee no matter how it is shimmed. It slides right up past the header (unlike the mini starter), has tons of room, and sounds like a starter is supposed to.

Cool that an sbc starter fits the Cadillac V8. I know the sbc mini starters fit the Olds V8 but this is a surprise.

Adjust front shocks, check.
Right rear airbag, check.
Better rear sway bar, check.
Pinion angle, check.
Southside Machine bars, check.
Unhook front sway bar, check.
Battery in the trunk, check.
Slicks mounted and screwed down, check.

My Christmas gift from the wife. Chromoly 3/4” thick x 1” wide main cap straps and longer ARP studs. I also pre-ordered a new hydraulic roller cam but it will be a while coming. Specs 0.650” and 260 both sides. I left a lot of room to grow when I ported the heads so I’ll open up the restrictions. Intake ports the same way.
