So I got some bucket seatbelt dealies, but I'm not sure what they bolt to? The carpet has been replaced and no holes were ever punched in the carpet for seatbelts. Plus this was a bench car and now has nice buckets, with a super sketchy install. Did the belts share a bolt with the seat mount itself or did they get their own?
They'll replace the inboard bench seat belts. Unbolt them, then bolt it the bucket seat inboard belts.

Unless the floor pan was replaced the threaded anchor points will be there. I'm just thinking they were still in place.

I'm sure the nut plate things are there, it's just that my dad threw new carpet in and never reinstalled the seat belts that he may or may not have previously had. I'm not even sure if it was him who did the bucket conversion.

Today I loaded it up to take it to base to knock out the VIN verification I need to title it. Been sitting on this thing since 2019 and still haven't gotten around to titling it over. Whoops. Had to reopen the estate to fix this mistake.

I didn't realize how tight the thing was with the tire rack, I think it was empty and folded up the last time I hauled this thing.

Plenty of breathing room on the left side though, I'll favor this side in the future.

In other news, it looks like I chose wisely with my drip pan placement.

You could avoid that clearance issue if you lowered it. I know a guy who did a thing. 😉

But, yeah - get moving on this.

That's all part of the long term plan, drop spindles in the front and springs with LCA brackets out back at a minimum.
