Could someone please tell me what I need to put a set of 20" staggered wheels on a 1983 Oldsmobile Cutlass. Tire size, offset, backspace and would I need spacers or not. Everything that I would need to mount these on the car. I have looked everywhere. Thanks in advance.

Stay away from spacers at all cost. Hopefully, your suspension (springs, shocks, and bushings) have already been replaced with new ones. 4.5" is the max wheel backspacing you can run on the rear w/o notching the frame rails; forget about offset, it changes based on wheel width anyway. Tire size, I honestly don't know as I've never had 20" wheels on a G-body..
