St.Louis, MO. Were in the salt belt, we probably dont have as much put down or nearly as many days out of the year though as you. There are cars in good shape and some that arent. It varies around here.

ahh i got some friends in independence MO

gbodys almost dont exist up here, few and far between, having 6 race tracks around us, every one of these has been cutt up.

I envy the southerners who have rust free everything haha

dont take this the wrong way but that thing is in horrible condition. you are better off parting it out and buying a more solid car. i have parted and scraped cars in far better shape then it. you are going to put a whol lot of time and LOTS of money fixing all of that.....

Why because the floor pan is rusted?
Thats a cheap and eas fix.
Aswell as the rust behidn the rear wheel.
The rest of the car, including the bodymounts, and frame are all solid.
Both a cheap and easy fix.
Which is even better considering this car isnt supposed to be perfect.
When all said and done, I'll have less then 3,000 into the car.
Bumper to bumper, making between 370 - 400hp.
