Detailed the front of the engine bay, installed some NOS belts. Only thing left to change is the overflow jug with the correct inlet and the battery. Have an original from a GNX... I have a stamp being made to put the correct marking on the hose too.

The front and rear covers needed attention after 33 years and two elderly owners... I didn't want to repaint the originals because they still looked good so I had painted an NOS front and the best rear cover I could find that wasn't gouged from the license plate door or wavy from the sun. I followed up with some NOS stripes, decal, emblem and Mylar inserts.

Friend Angelo, who owns the FE3X had graciously volunteered to detail the 33 year old paint, I didn't think it could shine like. He said that he could get it to shine deeper with some other product if he had more time. I'm happy with the results as is...

Beautiful job!

Damn, man, how many NOS parts you got, anyway? Seems like you have an entire parts department at your disposal.
I'm into restorations so I buy whatever I find since the stuff is next to impossible to find NOS, 20 years of searching and being broke...

Looks great. Another advantage of a white car is that you don't have to blend a dark metallic. Today's metallic's are not the same as they used to be and can really cause issues.
With white you have to be careful on tones, whites can have a hint of red or green... I had to have the covers repainted again because the original paint has a more red tone and the guy used a green tone.
