With 5" backspacing you will need a 1" spacer/adapter for the rear and maybe a 1/2" spacer for the front.

Normally, i'd say you would need a 1/2" spacer, but after running my 18x9.5 with 5.5" backspace, the op might get away without much of a spacer at all. I am using a 1" adapter with my 5.5 bs and I don't need that much. I think a 1/2" spacer(for 5" bs) would be about right. For some reason the 18's seem like they can get away with more backspace.
