200r4 Tailshaft Bushing

Yup, I've had my tail shaft bushings replaced without removing the transmission. Contact Chris at Lawrence Transmissions in Rexdale.
Doubt he'd rent out his tool, but They can do it for you easily.

Update: I replaced the seal and bushing using basic tools.
-lift car, support trans, remove trans crossmember and body brace
-chisel to remove seal
-shove part of rag inside behind bushing
-modified a 3" nail to break bushing at the seam and then extract with pliers
-modify a thick flat washer to use with 36mm(truck hub nut) socket to drive bushing in
-use socket to seat the seal
Definitely it would be easier to have a pro do the job but it's my car and, ultimately, I enjoy working on and with it.
