That was my beef with Pontiac the last few years of its existance. To wrapped up in competing with euro cars that the styling all had to look euro. There's been times I glanced in the mirror and had to do a double take to see if the split grill behind me was a Grand AM/Grand Prix or a bmw. Just build a quality car with options to please a lot of different tastes, from the performance minded to the people who want performance looks with an economy cruiser. They did it in the 60s and 70s with GTOs at the top down to the 6 powered Tempests at the bottom that looked like a GTO somewhat. People bought them, people still like them. Quit trying to be something you're not.

Thats all water under the bridge now. If Pontiac would have just come to me, I could have saved them if they asked. LOL

I hope everyone could read the humor intended in that last sentence. I don't have THAT big of an ego. LOL

oh.. dream on buddy thats what car guys do when they have to work hard and save up to build one..always dreaming of what next..its all good
Exactly. Dreaming is what makes the finished product your own. Its what makes your ride different from the next guys. If you dream big and only use part of that dream, great. To just accept what you have as all you'll ever have seems, well, pathetic. In those cases, maybe you should just be riding a bicycle. To limit your dreams is equally pathetic. Why place a limit on a dream? Why shoot down someone elses dream?

wtf are you talking about. If you want a 2013 Cutlass build it yourself! Only the monte carlo has a chance of coming back in some retro form so get w reality and set realistic expectations.
I was glad to see punctuation! 😀
