How about this:

Wonder how traction and weight gain would work out in your plans for the car. 😂

Worked furiously getting this mounted in the car this week. It takes a bit of acrobatics to get in and out. LOL.

10.0 seems a bit optimistic. That GT500 ran mid-9s @158mph - with a stick.

The DA was 3900ft for the 12.1 pass, and 3500ft 11.8 pass. Yikes. The conversion factor is representative of where the car would be at sea level.

They made me promise not to use the nitrous (some nonsense about needing a fire jacket) - I was a good boy until my last pass. Amazing what a 25hp shot will net, eh? The datalog looks crazy different between the two passes. The QTPs and Diablosport controller seemed to make the car much more consistent to launch.

So what did you learn?

The HC makes probably 100-150hp more than my hacked up lq4 with a heaton and the HC is obviously heavier.

But ironically the times are really close to mine. 11.70's ish at 120ish.

I'd expect the HC should be faster obviously, for selfish reasons what are you areas that you think need to be improved?

Good to see you're making progress!

I learned that there is a lot of power loss from negative DA to almost 4000ft. To the tune of 3-4 tenths. The nitrous restored the missing power. That said, the calculations say the car went 11.48@125+mph on the tickle of spray. I won't know until I get back to sea level how much quicker it would be on a 25 shot. Of course now I could go to a 50 shot to see the real bump. Might run a 10.99?

As you indicated there is 800-1000lbs difference between our cars, so that's where perceived parity comes in. The car also had a full tank and that wasn't ideal for top potential.

I still have less than 30 passes on the car since new, and last night was after substantial changes.

But, mostly the driver mod. MPH is the indicator of power, 60' is on the driver.

I expected more from you. 🤣

If tires weren't so damn expensive right now I would be doing rolling burnouts daily.

For comparison here is a stock(?) Charger Hellcat on a drag radial. She is a regular at the track so this is pretty indicative of what normal Hellcat performance looks like here.
