3.42 & th350 gas mileage

Anybody using a 3.42 & 305/350 combo? If so what's your mpg like? I have 2.41 & thinking of switching but want to hear others opinions first. Mine is a daily driver.

I ran my '75 Firebird for a time with 350 Pontiac/350 turbo and 3.42's, got around 16 on the open road.

I ran that combo in my Cutlas for yrs Got 15-16 mpg. That was with a 355 700cfm dbl pumper 501 cam victor jr.

Ill be adding a 268 cam, edelbrock 600/performer intk, vortec heads w comp internals so I'm guessing atleast 15. Thanks for any and all input

Getting about 15-17 but I keep my foot in it a bit...
