First picture is the EGR valve vacuum control solenoid. Second picture is the cruise control servo.

Cruise servo bracket also holds the throttle and TV cable for the transmission

I’m swapping to a SBC, so I’m guessing I can’t reuse that bracket?

You can with some creativity.
I cut mine up and is just for cruise now.
Granted I have a buick 350.
