Can someone tell me if they make an olds 307 serpentine conversion kit and also is the olds 350 have the same lay out in the
front, ie: alternator, a/c compressor, smog, powersteering as the 307 i found a place called march performance and they sell a 350 conversion kit with the alt on the driver side. will this work for my 307 and if so will it be able to handle a bigger like say a 220 amp alternator. i need this set up because my alternator belt keeps squeeling when i play a very high end stereo system with a strong current demand. thanks much appreciated.

I don't believe an Olds V8 ever had a serpentine setup. A few guys like FE3X Clone have modded Chevy setups to work.

Are all the mounting/bolt holes the same on the 307 and 350 pulleys and parts? So if i bought a 350 olds serpentine kit would it
be the same on the 307? My 307 has a/c, smog, waterpump, power steering pump and right hand right hand alternator... Are the 350 olds laid out the same as the 307?

I have a march setup on my olds 350. They have a couple different kits now for the olds engines with out without a/c and alts on driver or pass side. Mine is alt and power steering. With the alt on the pass side.. I've installed hundreds of the Chevy march kits and installed 140 amp alts without an issue.. Never a 220 tho, but if its still in a 10SI case you should be fine. You might want to call march about that.

Will these march kits work on a 307? Are the 307 and 350 blocks the same when it comes to front bolt on parts like alt, power steering pump water pump air compressor pump ect.

Yes, all the Olds small block or short deck are the same. That why the Olds 350 and 403 are a no brainer upgrade.

I was told that the brackets are different and it wont work, are all the brackets the same? On all small block 350 and 307?

Yes they should be the same. Both are small block Oldsmobile engines.

I know the blocks are the same but What i want to know is are the bracket layouts the same? I was told they are not.

There were different setups for different years and different applications. A 350 with no AC that came on an old late 60's Cutlass say, would have a different bracket setup than an 80's 307 with AC and AIR pump, BUT they all interchange. You can run that 60's bracket setup on your 80's 307 and vice versa.
