307 to 403 swap issues

I swapped in a K hanger tonight and cv rods out of a 403 quadrajet I had around. Working on changing the choke housing out to a electric one to. Just curious if anyone knows how to set timing on this thing? I want to make sure its right. Also I am going to take a pic of the sensor to make sure this is the one that should be to manifold pressure.

Do you still have the emissions sticker on your fan shroud? If so, it says how to set the timing on it. I don't have that info right now, but can get it if you need it. I do know it's supposed to be at 20 deg at 1100 in park. There is some other things you need to do though.

No, most of the sticker is messed up from when I power washed the engine compartment. its an 86 if that helps.
