Ok guys , so after leaving the car/show swapmeet today i seen tons of new Cams!!!

Let me ask u this....what cam can i use like a mild cam with a good little thump, that i dont need to change my internals but of course get it as a kit with the lifters....without changing..rockers, springs, Push rods...and stall..

I was talking to alot of guys today that have mean rides and they all told me to go with a Comp Cam with lifter kit or Edelbrock cam with lifter kit...tHey said i can find something on. Summit or Jegs for like $130...and i can use everything else stock...thats what i really want to do....chime in and show which ones are kool...

give me a sec to try and find one.. i would think the springs would be more important than the lifters, but not sure. I know you dont want the valves rattling around

ok, well I havent seen anything I would want yet, but in a nut shells:

270 is the biggest you want to go without a stall (anything bigger you will need a stall and its choppy), the lift on it is 470 and exhaust 470, you will prob need springs though, but you wont need a stall...

but I like the roller cams, they have more lift though at the same duration

Ahhhh thats kool i can do that much for a cam..i would keep the same rockers right?? And what about the push rods...the homie josh keep them...i was going to get a 350 kit but dont what kinda push rods to get ..

you need lifters with that cam too, so you would want the cam, lifters and springs that can handle that cam...

By the way josh hooked me up with ur 350 heads and thy look clean...any problems with them?? Im thinking nothing wrong with them, ready to slap on...cause i seen ur vids and sound hella clean!! :wink:

ok guys have a question....so since im going edelbrock performer intake, should i just go edelbrock performer-plus cam kit on summit...if i go this route then i dont need to change out stall....but do i need new springs and rockers and push rods?? I dont think i do since im in the 270 range??
