I believe a 2.56 was the most common. If memory serves me a 3.08 would have been the best gear that the factory put in a non MCSS 7.5. Gears, headers, and a free flowing exhaust would help her out a lot. FCR Performance would put together a nice budget performance rebuild/refresh and tune on that 403 for ya.
