4.3 v6 to 305 v8 engine wiring

i want to know if the wiring from the 4.3 v6 would work for my carb 305 i know some connections wont work but would i need a whole new harness from a v8?????...im not going to use the CC q jet that it orgainally came with im thinking of going with a edelbrock 600cfm manual choke or if there is anybetter options plz let me know

i also wanted to know if the crossmember in my 86 monte that came with the THM200 trans will bolt a TH200r4
