Like I always say..one step forward, 3 steps back.
Now that my dash is back together and the interior is in I figured I would try to power up the dash to make sure things worked. Yeah I know. I should have thought about this before but Im a knucklehead.
Long story short, I have lights in my gauges and AC control. Nothing in the cluster except for the left directional arrow. Needless to say Im pissed. New printed circuit, new bulbs. Im sure everything was plugged in.Now I have to pull it all back out to see what the heck is causing this. Whats even more of a pain in the *ss is I have to pull the seat out so I can get under the dash. Yesterday wasnt a good day.
My other issue (and the subject of this thread) is the tach harness. I never thought I would have to rip this all apart again. I ran all long lengths of wire, soldered them into power and ground wires.
Now that I have to take it all apart Im thinking it would be a good idea to make the tach wires with a plug so I can disconnect it if theres ever another issue. Ant suggestions for a 4 wire male/female disconnect ?

I used Metri-packs on mine, but really, any style connector or even a trailer 4 wire flat (inexpensive and available pretty much everywhere) would work
