454 Rebuild Advice

Thx for all the advice so far, i really appreciate it... Im thinking that ill bust the block down some more and get a better look and start shopping around with machine shop and get it hot tanked, bored and honed just to get it cleaned up and ready for starters. As far as bronze valve guides go ill have to look into it, can you do that on your own? Ill get some pics up before i send it to the machine shop. I just wanna do this as close to right as I can the first time. Thx again for all the advice keep it coming and any questions if you have any
 
have you torn down the motor yet? How does it look? Gone in for machine work?
got any updates?
