4l80e and exhaust coexistence?

I'm trying to build my crossmember without buying the headers yet. They're like 4 on the list of stuff I have to but since they can be installed anytime... maybe. The problem is I have no idea where the collectors are gonna be. I assume these humps are too close together

but the only pic I can find of a 4l80e and speed engineering headers has the pipes tucked right next to the transmission. How close is my question. If anyone has underbody pictures of speed engineering headers and a 4l80e that they could share or measurements from a static point on the frame to the middle of the collectors (doesn't matter what transmission is in it) you'd be my new favorite internet person. 😀 Thanks in advance.

Looks too close to me. The Holley crossmember definitely has wider spacing. Even though the driver side pipe is 2-3 inches away from my transmission I still used heat shielding for the neutral safety switch and wiring.

There's also the G-Force cross member also has the wider spacing than the Jegs part. Believe Summit cross members are made by them too.

This exhaust setup here I have in with the current T56 6spd, at one point a TH350, and a 4L80E. Cut them ears off the side of the 80E.
