Have cylinder heads at J&L Performance in Lancaster getting some upgrades then the 406 from the black car is headed for the blue car.

267 with headers and a 4bbl ...11.75's in the 1/8 just will not do!

I dont think the aftermarket will ever sell 78-80 specific parts, hell if they do, i cant make a profit off selling corner lights! hahaha

I posted the 1st time in 2014, damn. I finished a good majority of the car now, in 2018, so I figure I might as well add a new pic of my '80.

Just got my 80 Monte yesterday. Been looking for this body style with t-tops for years. Finally found it. Minimal rust around tops, floors need to be repaired, but it did come with a running 350. 😀

Everyday I find a thread I missed.

I love these model years. A buddy in high school's sister had a 78', black with tan bucket/floor shift interior but the side had been caved in, had a built 305 that ran like stink, ton's of long smoky burnouts were done in that car by us.
