78 malib dash swap

I'm picking up a 78 malibu landau tomorrow. I want to upgrade the dash to a 82-88 style from a monte/elco/malibu. I was wondering what I need to make it work. I know the wiper switchs are located differently. What do I need to take from the donor car considering wiring, and other things needed to make it work.

I think you pretty much nailed it as to what's needed. You might also consider swapping over to the later steering column with the stalk mounted wiper switch. Just remember to take all the needed wiring.

There is a wiring diagram pinout on maliburacing.com for changing to the gauges if yours has indicator lights.
