On a street driven vehicle you want to hit 210° for a short time to burn off the moisture that accumulates in the oil and such. After that, operating near 200 is good.

I've not used the Lincoln fan myself but have seen a few as well as looked into buying one. They do move a ton of air and are loud doing it.
