78 Monte: spark and fuel but not running

I think Turna is right. Try starting it on starting fluid only. That takes fuel out of the equation. If it starts, it's not electrical. I hate to say this but if you have wet plugs, I would replace them. I fought a SBC 350 in my work pick up for two days trying to get that stubborn b*tch to start. Pulled t he plugs and cleaned and dried them twice. Finally, in desperation, I put a set of new ones in and the truck started up like nothing was ever wrong.

Distributor should be fine your test light shows it is sparking.
