78 Monte wiper switch fail

guys- turned on wiper for dew this am- blades 1/2 way up stop and won't move- switch bad I assume? These repopped yet or Napa part available? If not, do Camaro switches work w my Monte? Thx

it's not the switch, it's something in the motor, maybe the circuit board or the bushes on the motor. Regarding the switch if you start the wipers and turn the switch off after the wipers have started their cycle the wipers complete their cycle and park before stopping

Have you confirmed the fuse is good? Also, can you supply 12V to the wiper motor(sorry, can't tell you the wires at this moment) to test if it's good?

Try to tap/bang the wiper motor with a rubber mallet.
