Just scored a 79 Grand Prix LJ with T-tops. has been parked since 1985 and has 40K on the odometer.
Wondering how many of these were made with the Factory T-tops....

More than one. where is it located? Frame, floors condition? Inquiring minds want to know.
I'm in North Central KS. It's all there except the plastic. Even the interior plastic is brittle and crumbling. It sat under a tree for 35 years. But the T'tops did not leak. There's negligible water damage and it sat outside. The passenger side was clean as hell except for the little rust patch behind the rear wheel until dude loaded it with his bale forks. I told him I was coming for it, I got there, he's got it loaded and the passenger side is toast. that damage on the door, fender and quarter panel was brand new when I got there.

I'm not really an Arrowhead kinda guy... I'm more a Monte SS kinda guy, Always been a Bowtie guy. Don't get me wrong, I'm gonna drive the piss out of it. I haven't had a T'top car since High School (79 z) I'm looking forward to getting it on the road.

The 78-80 Grand Prix parts are harder to find. I'm in North Carolina and have fenders with out the cornering lights, bare doors and a header panel if interested. Not sure how to ship big stuff like that.

Nice find, I’d certainly peel up the carpet to see how the floors look, also remove the t-tops and inspect the roof metal, cars that sit outside are prone to rot in those places.

Looks like a well optioned GP, quite a few have t-tops. 301 car?

A friend in high school had a 78 in that 2 tone color pairing, with the same color bucket interior. No CC1 option though. 301, and posi that "wasn't hooked up, but can be." He sideswiped someone when we were on lunch once, and IIRC, married a fat midget. Memories.
