The OEM stuff looks like it's sort of heat bonded at the corners. But with some of the superior products that they produce today, I'd say we can get pretty close.

That's what I was thinking.
 
I will when I get to it, that's for sure. I plan on a door alignment how too, and a window removal how-to, with video, because pictures just sometimes don't cut it. I'll be laid off in 3 weeks so I;ll start the videos then.
 
I haven’t done channels in a G Body but I’ve done a lot of others over the years. As far as cutting the channel pieces to fit the thing I’ve found works the best is a 4” cut off tool.
