Welcome aboard, Dmitry!
I had no idea there was US cars in Siberia of all places. I'm sure older US cars are rare in Russia.

The car is coming out very nice. Good work!
It's interesting that your car found it's way to Russia from Japan. Do you know any more history of how (and why) the car was imported in to Russia?

Thank you for sharing pictures of your progress. Keep up the great work! I like it so far.

thanks! 😀 I had no idea there was US cars in Siberia of all places too  . Yes, the old U.S. cars are rarely seen in Novosibirskand,. I really like the old U.S. cars, I had a Cadillac SLS 1992 Lincoln Town Car 1991 I sold them to repair Malibu.
The man from whom I bought the car, did not know about it or anything, he would say that it is "Chevy Caprice" (lol), after the purchase, I found the first owner was a woman, a rich woman, details of delivery from Japan, she did not want to tell me, but was very happy when I learned that the car will be a second life) I'm sorry for my english, translate through auto translator.

Fans of American cars every month going to communicate, it is a club "freedomcars"

Welcome to the site Dmitry, It looks like you have some skills. Do they put salt on the roads in Siberia? The body on your car appears to be fairly rust free considering the amount of snow in your area.
Hi, thank you! Yes, all my life with cars) Surprisingly, Malibu not rotten, just below the door and the floor a little bit. Salt from the roads cars hurts a little, it is in Siberia. In Moscow, even new cars all the rotten, there is no salt and a special composition.
